The Fender MTG Tube Distortion Pedal is designed with Bruce Egnater and uses a tube for natural overdrive, it features a full 3 band EQ and independent boost.

The pedal uses a NOS 6205 preamp tube running at high voltage for accurate tube based distortion with a Marshall style voicing. Tone shaping is provided by 3 band Bass, Middle and Treble EQ controls as well as a Tight control which shapes the low frequencies that can become muddy or unclear at higher gain settings, turning it up tightens the sound. The pedal also features a boost option with independent footswitch and Level and Boost controls, the level control is a transparent volume boost increasing the output of the whole pedal when engaged, the boost control will add extra gain to your signal when the boost switch is engaged.

The Fender MTG Tube Distortion Pedal features LED lit knobs that make viewing the current settings very easy in a dark environment (switchable on/off), and despite containing a real tube the rugged aluminium enclosure has been kept down to a pedalboard friendly size.
