Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your products to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you’re having trouble with your new product or believe it is defective, please get in touch via our contact page before returning the item as we may need additional information in order to get the fault fixed quickly.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain products from it, please use the returns form that was included in your delivery. Then simply return the products with the returns form to:

Once we receive the products we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
All returned products remain your responsibility during transit and until they have been received by us. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service.
Please note that under Consumer Contracts Regulations you do have a ‘duty of care’ towards the goods. Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories. Do not write directly on the packaging. Any free or bundled gifts received with the product must also be returned.
We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product, except for delivery costs. In the case where the product delivered is incorrect or faulty we will refund your return delivery costs up to the value of Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service.
Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:
- Glued to Music Gift Cards
- Services, like gift packaging
- Sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery
