Hosco Iwasaki Flat Files have specially shaped chemically polished teeth that cut like hundreds of tiny plane blades, cutting quickly but leaving a smooth finish, this is their extra fine grade which has a 1.2 mm space between each row of teeth. The diagonal slots through the teeth help reduce clogging and there are safe edges on the sides of the files. They are double sided with teeth on both the wide sides and a smooth surface on the thin edges to allow you to get tight in to right angle corners. The files come with rubberised handles and we supply these with two different blade lengths, 100 mm and 200 mm long.
