This Hosco Gauged Nut Slotting File Handle is made from aluminium and houses three magnets to hold their Mini Gauged Nut Slotting Files (we stock these as a separate item). The handle provides a larger, more comfortable way for your hand to hold onto small files and crucially, keeps the files straight. Small gauge files bend and so care must be taken to ensure a straight slot through the nut, by using this handle the file is fixed to a straight, flat surface to give straight slots every time. Using magnets to hold the file in place allows for a quick change of file gauges so you can get through the nut or Tune-o-matic saddles quickly and easily.
