This Hosco Fender Jaguar Style Control Plate Set includes with upper rhythm preset control plate, the lower master control plate and the switch control plate with mounting screws included.

The upper rhythm preset control plate has slots and screw holes to mount the rhythm volume and tone roller knobs and the neck on slide switch, the master control plate (the lower plate below the bridge) has three 9.7 mm (0.38") holes for master volume and tone control potentiometers and output jack mounting and the switch control plate mounts the three slide switches on the bottom horn (the three switches are normally a mid cut 'strangle' switch, an on/off for the bridge/rhythm pickup and an on/off switch for the neck/lead pickup). Each control plate is available separately and we combine them to create this set, as such there may be slight differences in mounting screw style from plate to plate.
