The Wampler Moxie Mini Overdrive Pedal is their take on the classic TS10 Tube Screamer with extra versatility all in a small pedalboard friendly mini size.

The original Ibanez Tube Screamer is one of the most emulated circuit designs of all time and has been pushing amplifiers since it was first released in the late 1970s and the TS10 is Brian Wampler's favourite version, but true to Wampler style this is not emulation but addition. Powered by the classic 4558 chip it is capable of anything from light boost to a gritty drive that can send an amplifier into heavily overdriven tones, the Moxie is an ultra flexible, wonderfully warm and rich pedal but with an extra bite. It starts with the same three tone shaping knobs as the TS10, volume (level), gain (drive) and tone and then for extra versatility Wampler has added two additional tone shaping switches. The Voice switch in the left position has the standard TS10 style mid hump but in the right position it adds clarity by changing the entire EQ associated with this design (boosting bass and treble and reducing mids) giving it a more transparent yet robust tone. The Fat switch in the left position has the standard TS10 clipping but in the right position adds an extra dimension of gain with a custom MOSFET clipping stage, reminiscent of a classic high end boutique amp.
