Hosco's lever switch knob is in the classic Stratocaster design that is used on countless other strat and superstrat style guitars. Both metric and imperial sizes for US switches (e.g. CRL or Oak Grigsby) are available, imperial/US switches have a wider lever arm than metric switchs and so need knobs with a wider slot opening. On the metric version the slot width to fit over the switch is 3.8 mm (0.15") at the opening, the imperial version is 4.9 mm (0.19") at the opening.
