These Hosco Humbucker Height Adjustment Screws are for mounting humbuckers to pickup rings and are available as handy spares for lost or damaged parts. The screw is inserted through the top of the pickup ring, a spring is then put on to the screw and then it is threaded through the humbucker's baseplate leg/mounting tab, turning the height screw clockwise raises the humbucker and turning it anticlockwise lowers the height, the addition of a spring between the pickup ring and the baseplate makes the adjustment smoother. The screws have a phillips pan/round head and a 2.6 mm metric thread and will not fit USA made pickups like Seymour Duncan or Gibson and will not fit metric humbuckers that require a 3 mm threaded screw.
