The Wilkinson pickups were originally designed for Fret-King guitars by Trevor Wilkinson, the sound is based on PAF pickups from the '50s and '60s. Today there are many licensed Wilkinson pickups in the market but these are made in Japan for the best balance of quality and value for money.
