Description
These Notched Fingerboard Guards are made from flexible spring stainless steel and conform to the radius of the fretboard to protect it as you work on the fret.
The guitar set comes with three guards each with a different slot width to cover small to jumbo frets, the slots widths are 1.78 mm (0.07"), 2.46 mm (0.097") and 3.18 mm (0.125"). The bass set comes with two longer and wider guards to cover medium and jumbo frets with slot widths 2.46 mm (0.097") and 3.18 mm (0.125"). The included rubber bands can be tied to the unnotched end of the guard and wrapped around the back of the neck and hooked over the notches at the other end to keep the guard in place for hands free working.
